The museum is organized into subject areas. Along the way, historical panels, reconstructions and information material on display, lead to a view of the area and its evolution over the centuries. The entrance is marked by archaeological pre-Roman, Roman and medieval found in the countryside of San Donato; there is also a section dedicated to traditional costume (the tacky).
